大唐医风 · 本草故事
Free and Easy
Recorded in the Song-dynasty imperial formulary Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang, Xiao Yao San takes its name from the Daoist ideal of wandering at ease.
TCM observed that when feelings are held in, the Liver’s qi stagnates — and that tension spills into digestion and the blood. The formula releases what is held while nourishing what is depleted: soothing and nourishing at once.
Ease isn’t escaping pressure — it’s letting energy move freely again.
