Restoring the Pulse
Ren Shen, Mai Dong and Wu Wei Zi: three herbs, three actions — replenish, moisten, gather.
The name Sheng Mai means “generating the pulse.” The formula was used when heavy sweat, illness or overwork had scattered the body’s qi and dried its fluids. It doesn’t force; it helps the body draw back what it has spent.
Recovery isn’t pushing through — it’s letting scattered energy return, and dry places be nourished again.
