The classic Chinese formula for a restless mind at night. Built around sour jujube seed, Suan Zao Ren Tang from the Jin Gui Yao Lue nourishes and calms rather than sedates.

性味歸經 Balanced

Used in TCM to nourish Liver blood, calm the spirit (shen) and clear restlessness. Often chosen to support restful sleep and a calm mind, especially after long, demanding days.

Sour jujube seed (Suan Zao Ren), Anemarrhena (Zhi Mu), Poria (Fu Ling), Szechuan lovage (Chuan Xiong), Licorice (Gan Cao).
